Wee additional giveaway (Facebook)

So I have been saying for a wee bit we would get another giveaway up on our blog side page, click here and it is the pinned post. And yes my tables are beaten up and need touched up but they were my mums then my da's and being unblemished/marked would I think take away from their character. They are creaky and imperfect :D so they have character.

You know we do BDWBS (Blind Date with a Book) for workies? Folk are always asking after them so we have done a giveaway for one. Winner gets to pick 1 of the 2 listed. One is historical fiction and one is paranormal fiction. The winner picks ONE of the two available. Each BDWB has x1 book, x1 bookmark and some kind of sweetie. If you look at both it tells you at the bottom it has either a hot drink, a facemask or a scented tealight candle.

I know I know my wrapping on this one isn't the best but I do find it difficult wrapping the ones with Yankee Candle tealights in them.

Wee additional giveaway

The brighter mornings are coming in, nice to see some daylight for a while before bed time but it is bright through the window early bells! I got one of these from the Vine and love it so much I bought another as a giveaway gift for the brighter mornings.

I don't normally like eyemasks, I find them uncomfortable or heavy. This is Mulberry silk, light and soft, really nice material.

It comes with earplugs too, bendy silicone style as shown.

They give a small piece of material to burn as a test for their type of material, never seen that before with any the others I have bought.

Additional Giveaway

Well Twitter has updated me that I have hit 1,500 followers. That, I feel, is pretty awesome. Mostly fellow book lovers I might add and a few of others that like the other random stuff I post about.

I started this blog because I kept buying books I found I had already read, linking to Goodreads I now sidestep that and can save my pennies for books I have yet to read.

So, I am doing a wee additional giveaway (already have this months giveaway listed, one £5 Amazon voucher), as a thank you. It is a brand new copy of A Long Way Down by Nick Hornby.
